Where to find the best PIZZA in Majorca

by thewelltraveledroad

Fantastic pizza and so much more. In the mood for a quick pizza, we stopped at Bianco e Rosso in downtown Palma, Majorca after visiting the Mercat de Santa Catalina. Before we even ordered, complimentary bruschetta was brought to our table (it was amazing). The service was good and the food was excellent. In keeping with European tradition, the pizzas were thin crusts & individual size. The ingredients are fresh. I ordered the caprease pizza and it tasted like I was eating tomatoes right off the vine. The pizza was a big win for us, but they offer much more.
The kitchen is open to the tables so if you are positioned right you can watch the chef at work. We saw both simple and elaborate dishes being delivered to those around us. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing and there were no complaints from the customers! If the weather is nice, you may want to take advantage of their outside seating. Bianco e Rosso is open from 12-4:30pm, and again from 6:00-11:30. For the busier times of the year, you may want to make a reservation.
